Rasam powder
Dry roast the following ingredients and dry grind as well. That gives you the base for the rasam.
Ingredients:
Red chillies 1 cup
Dhania seeds 2 cups
Black pepper 1/2 cup
Jeera 1/2 cup
Thur dhal 1/4 cup
rasam powde
