Ingredients:
Red chillies 1 cup
Urid dhal 1/2 cup
Channa dhal 1 tbsp
salt 2 tsps
heeng 1/2 tsp
curry leaves 1 cup, press packed..

- Roast the redchillies in little oil, breaking the chillies
- On the same kadai, roast other ingredients as well.
- Mix all of them and grind coarsely in the mixie
Once this is made, can have with oil added to it.
